Novelties in the refrigeration field
Refrigeration appliance manufacturers look to find more intelligent solution in order to propose refrigerators and freezer that will preserve fresh and frozen foods better and longer or that will store more foods while making them accessible during their use. Here are a few examples:
A freezer drawer
To place the freezer at the bottom of the appliance has been done by many others before. You just need to slide the drawer and to move the sliding baskets to access foods more easily and it will facilitate its storing and filing. Independent refrigeration units
Frozen and refrigerated foods don’t require the same type of environment in order to have an optimal conservation. That is why Sub-Zero offers two distinct cooling systems. This way, fresh foods aren’t subject to the dry air of the freezer and the frozen foods aren’t exposed to fresh foods’ odours or frost bitten during the freezing-defrosting period. The maintenance of a dry environment, at the freezer level, avoid going through the defrosting cycle too often. The purchase of this appliance is made by the choice of compartments or drawers. Thus, it is possible to create its own arrangement, one that will answer your needs the best. So it is possible to buy two or three refrigeration units and depending on your needs one or two freezing units. Dry, humid, and temperate climate
