KitchenAid Refrigerator KBFS20ETSS

Pros: Great for space and very well lit inside. All the storage bins are easilly accessible and easy to see through.

Cons: After 2 months I bought this fridge the fan that forces the air (cold) from the bottom freezer up in the refrigerator portion (yep that's how the fridge works...) failed. I called the company and they sent a repair man to fix the problem. The delay was quite acceptable but right away the repair man knew what the problem was. As soon as he entered the house he unvailed a new motor twice the size than the old one and replaced in less than 20 minutes... I guess the company knows about this issue... now it's been working fine for close to two years and never had any more problems with it. My guess is that someone at Kitchen Aid wanted to cut the cost of building this thing but didn't think too much in advance... Hopefully by now they corrected the problem by installing bigger fan motor at the factory...

That's my story, I'd still buy another appliance from Kitchen Aid, but I'd ask more questions this time...or even better come back on this site and check for comments.
