No way to change light bulb! Do not buy.

The light bulb burned out on our JMV9169BAP. The owners manual said to remove the grill to replace the bulb- this model does not have a grill.
Contacted Jenn-Air customer support and asked how to change the bulb.
Answer:
"After researching your concern, we found your model microwave does not have a removable vent to access the light bulb. for replacement of this bulb, we suggest contacting an authorized service provider."

Owned one for 3 years. Vent sticks open and has to be manually closed. When interior light burned out I found that the manual does not show how to access it for replacement. A call to customer service was completely futile. They will not even tell me where it is. Said I have to call a service technician and have them replace it. BS! Customer service rep was rude and unhelpful.
DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT!
